As the Events Manager at the Initiative for Global Development (IGD), Aleena von Berks is dedicated to facilitating opportunities to engage business leaders in the fight against global poverty. Her travels have extended throughout Asia, Central America, Europe and the Middle East. Her recent community involvement includes: Sergeant at Arms, District 2, Toastmasters International; Creative Council, Young Professional's Network (YPN), Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce; and Active member, Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.

Rachel joined the Rotaract Club of Seattle in 2004 shortly after traversing across the country in search of new and exciting adventures. She now works as a Project Manager at Weber Marketing Group and continues to serve on the Rotaract Board after so long because it offers her the opportunity to meet new people and make her Seattle home a better place. In her free time she enjoys cooking, photography, sailing, trying out new happy hours, running around Greenlake and learning to ski.

Jay is currently employed as a software engineer in Seattle. He earned a masters in software engineering from Seattle University as well as degrees in computer science and technical communication from the University of Washington. In the distant past, Jay performed volunteer work in Tijuana, Mexico during an international service project with the Rotary Club of Kent, Washington. He has also served as an elected officer of the UW student chapter of the Association of Computing Machinery.
