Take the Magnolia Bridge, which will go up and over 15th and head west. You'll want to stay right on the bridge and take the first exit - it will descend down underneath the bridge. You'll see a rather non-descript white warehouse building - should be a lot of cars. There's parking directly under the bridge, and you can walk around the building to the other side to find the entrance.

The picnic will be located at Magnolia Park. I've been told that once on the bridge and you go up the hill, the park is on the left-hand side (the water side of the road). Rotary has reserved tables 5, 6, and 7.
